EXPERIENCE / PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
Michael Fry specializes in commercial real estate using his extensive background in sales and business to understand and meet the goals of his clients. Michael has more than twenty years experience in real estate developing, sales and brokering. His areas of specialties include; multi-family living/apartments, assisted living facilities, mobile home parks and hotels. Working throughout the state of Florida, Michael has extensive experience in selling and purchasing these types of properties as well as development and financing them.

Prior to shifting his focus to commercial real estate, Michael owned and operated Historic Homeworks, a real estate development firm. He used market analysis and his understanding of business environments to complete more than 35 highly successful projects as a developer. While focusing primarily on multi-family housing, Michael proved to have an extraordinary ability to identify sound market opportunities. The projects proved highly profitable as a result of his talent for creating innovative, cost-effective designs that were executed with disciplined coordination.

Brokering experience includes not only real estate, but the management of the sales and leasing of a multi-million dollar portfolio of commercial aircraft as a commercial aircraft broker for publicly held investment firm from 1991 through 1999. His business acumen was strengthened throughout this portion of his career, helping him to attain his long-held desire to become a real estate developer/broker.

Creative solutions to clients needs are a hallmark of Michael's approach. As a Licensed Real Estate Associate and Licensed Mortgage Broker in the State of Florida, his depth of overall industry knowledge proves to be a tremendous aid in the decision-making process of his clients. He knows and critically advises clients on the different sides of the business opportunities including finding the right property at a competitive price, to financing a development.
