Overall supervision and management of marketing administration and management of the company’s various projects. Supervision of personnel.

EXPERIENCE
Responsible for real estate development projects; marketing programs for sales and leasing personnel on all listings; day-to-day supervision of business operations. Over 40 years experience in all aspects of real estate brokerage and real estate development.

In the roll of Developer, Consultant, Real Estate Broker or Construction Manager was substantially involved or totally responsible for several of Orlando’s largest industrial and office parks. The Quadrangle; 33rd Street Industrial Park and the International Corporate Park are only three of the several others all in Central Florida. Also handled millions of square feet of space to lease over the years that now is home to many corporations.
